ACE Learning Centres emerged in response to a critical gap in the availability and affordability of high-quality, personalized remedial tuition within certain areas. Recognizing that access to such educational resources was limited in some regions and often financially burdensome for many families, we embarked on a mission to transform the landscape of personalized education provision. At the core of our initiative is the unwavering belief that every child possesses the inherent potential to enhance their academic achievement. By establishing ACE Learning Centres, we aim to bridge the accessibility and affordability gap, ensuring that tailored, high-caliber remedial education becomes a reality for students who may have otherwise been underserved. Through our commitment to revolutionizing educational opportunities, we aspire to empower and inspire every child to unlock their academic capabilities and thrive in their learning journey.
I can’t begin to describe how ACE Learning Centres has helped my child. Not only did her reading age improve rapidly, but she suddenly started achieving better results after trying so many other tutors and centres. I will recommend them to any parent and pupil.

As a parent, you understand the importance of quality education and how it can shape your child's future. Here at Ace Learning, we offer a great opportunity for children to improve their academic skills, gain confidence and achieve their potential. However, paying for tutoring fees can be a significant financial burden, especially for families with limited income and the current economic climate.
We are excited to inform you that as a parent, you can benefit from significant savings on fees when your child attends Ace Learning. Our tutoring centre offers several tax-efficient payment methods that are available to all parents, including those who are self-employed.
Join us at Ace Learning and discover how we can help your child achieve academic success without breaking the bank.
Scheme closed for new applicants but still valid if joined on or before 04 October 2018*** Replaced by ‘Tax-Free Childcare’ as below.
Childcare vouchers are an excellent tax-efficient method of payment for parents who have children attending Ace Learning. Childcare vouchers are a government initiative aimed at helping working parents cover the cost of childcare. They are offered through employers and can be used to pay for a range of registered childcare services, including tutoring fees at Ace Learning.
Using childcare vouchers as a payment method has several benefits. Firstly, it allows parents to make significant savings on their childcare costs. Since the vouchers are taken from the employee's gross salary before tax and National Insurance (up to a value of £243 per month), they effectively reduce the amount of income tax and National Insurance that the employee pays, resulting in a significant reduction in the overall cost of childcare.
Secondly, using childcare vouchers can help to improve work-life balance for parents. With the cost of childcare often being a barrier for parents who want to work, using childcare vouchers can make it easier for them to stay in employment while ensuring their children receive a high-quality education at Ace Learning.
Moreover, both parents can receive Childcare Vouchers from their respective employers to use towards the tuition fees and therefore double the saving. The only requirement for you to take advantage of this scheme is that your child is aged 15 or under and that your employer is signed up to be part of it.
We are currently registered to accept Childcare Vouchers from all major Childcare Voucher Providers and will happily look into accepting vouchers from other providers too.
For more information and to register for Childcare Vouchers, you can click on this link.
The tax-free childcare allowance scheme is designed to help working parents with the cost of childcare. The scheme provides up to £2,000 per child, per year, to help cover the cost of registered childcare. This includes fees paid to an approved childcare provider like Ace Learning.
If you wish to enrol your child with us, you can use the tax-free childcare allowance to pay for the fees. This will help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, allowing you to invest in your child's education without breaking the bank.
To use the scheme, you need to open an account on the government website and apply for the tax-free childcare allowance. Once approved, you can make payments directly to the tutoring centre from your account.
For more information and to register for Tax-Free Childcare, you can click on this link.
The Children's Care Grant Payment Scheme (CCGPS) is a fantastic way for parents to pay for their child's tutoring fees at Ace Learning. The CCGPS is a government initiative aimed at providing financial assistance to low-income families (including parents in full-time undergraduate/postgraduate education) who require childcare support. This includes the payment of tutoring fees at registered centres like Ace Learning.
Using the CCGPS as a payment method has several benefits. Firstly, it allows parents to receive financial support for the cost of their child's education (up to 85%), enabling them to invest in their child's academic success without sacrificing their finances.
Secondly, the CCGPS is a tax-efficient method of payment. As a grant, it is not subject to tax or National Insurance contributions, and it does not affect any other benefits that the family may be receiving. This makes it a cost-effective option for families who require financial support.
Finally, using the CCGPS helps to ensure that all children have equal access to education. By providing financial assistance to low-income families, the government is promoting equal opportunities for all children, regardless of their financial situation.
For more information and to register for Childcare Grant, you can click on this link.
We do accept cash payments for tutoring fees at Ace Learning, but please note that we may not have sufficient change, so we recommend that parents bring the exact amount of fees.
BACS (Bank Automated Clearing System) is an electronic payment method that is widely used in the UK. It is a secure and efficient way for parents to pay their child's tutoring fees at Ace Learning. Using BACS as a payment method has several benefits.
Firstly, it is a reliable and secure way to transfer funds. BACS transactions are processed through a secure network, ensuring that payments are made safely and securely.
The future has arrived! At Ace Learning, we always adopt newer technologies so parents can transfer fees quickly, securely and conveniently, providing a hassle-free payment process.
Open Banking allows for faster and more secure payments and helps to promote innovation in the financial industry by encouraging the development of new services and products.
With the advent of Open Banking, parents can take advantage of paying fees from their smartphones in seconds.
Step 1: Scan QR Code using smartphone’s camera app and click on the link.
Step 2: Enter the fees amount (same as the invoice)
Step 3: Select the bank from which you want to pay the fees.
Step 4: Choose the account from which you want to make the payment (in case you have more than one account) and approve the payment from your smartphone app using Face ID (or Touch ID).
